How should I take the Daily Reset gummies?

The Daily Reset bundle was made to be easily incorporated into your daily routine. That means just two gummies of each! Happy Tummy should be taken daily, on an empty stomach or after your first meal. Immunity Shield, our daily immunity gummy, should be taken anytime during the day to support your immune system. Deep Sleep, our sleep gummy and sleep support gummy, should be taken only when you need help falling asleep—about 30 minutes before bedtime.

Do I need to refrigerate my gummies?

You don’t need to refrigerate your sleep gummy, immunity gummies, or any other Daily Reset gummies as long as you store them in a cool, dry place below 24°C.

Can I take Deep Sleep during the day?

No, Deep Sleep, our specially formulated sleep support gummy, is meant for bedtime use only. We recommend taking this sleep gummy about 20 minutes before going to bed for the best results.

Can Immunity Shield prevent or cure colds?
