Refund policy

We have a no-return policy, unless we have provided a defective product. If you receive a defective item, please notify us by email at hello@nutrili.store or via WhatsApp at +971 58 204 6604 on the same day of receiving the product.

For all international orders (excluding UAE), once orders are shipped, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns. As stated at checkout, customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses to pay the customs duties or related charges, these fees—as well as any penalties incurred—will be deducted from the refund amount and order will be canceled.

For subscription cancellations post renewal and cancellation once shipment is prepared, a 5% deduction of the order amount will be applied to the refund. This covers the Visa/MasterCard fees incurred during the transaction and refund process. We do not retain any portion of this fee.

To request a return, you can contact us at hello@nutrili.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return confirmation and arrange a date for our courier to pick it up from your address. Please choose a time you are available, as our courier will only attempt to collect it once.
